Can I trust that the AI is telling me the truth?

Short answer: no. Large language models have gotten very good, but they're far from perfect. Always double-check important answers, especially anything time-sensitive or factual. Turning on web search can help get more recent answers, but it doesn't guarantee correctness.

AI models sometimes "hallucinate" and produce incorrect or irrelevant responses. A simple "retry" often produces a better answer. As above, don't rely on AI responses as your sole source of information for anything important.

What AI models can I use?

Layzer supports models from a wide range of providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), Perplexity, Meta (Llama), DeepSeek, Alibaba (Qwen), and OpenRouter. You can choose which model to use for each conversation from the model picker.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. We do not use your prompts, messages, or uploaded content to train any AI models — our own or anyone else's. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what content is sent where.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current paid term. We don't refund partially-used subscription periods.
